Stream 2. For those who have some experience with Sanskrit:
For those with a little more knowledge of Sanskrit, the second group will commence this term the study of the Kena Upaniṣad.
It is known to him to whom It is unknown; he to whom It is known does not know It.
It is unknown to those who know, and known to those who know not.
So continues the timeless dialogue between student and teacher known as the Kena Upaniṣad. This term we will continue our study with verses 1 and 2 of Book 2. But first we will look briefly at the remaining verses in Book 1. Enthusiasm and attention are all that are required for the session, which will include traditional chanting, guided study of the verses, and quiet reflection.
