TERM 3 REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN!

Term 3 begins the week of 10th September 2018. The School operates over a 12 week term with a mid-term break at week 7.
Courses consist of 11 sessions of 2.5hrs each.

INTRODUCTORY COURSE – WAHROONGA

Mindful Wisdom: Wed 7pm

Year 1: Course 1 The Mindful Wisdom introductory course will teach you how to apply mindfulness to every moment. A course which helps you to become more mindful, more connected and more alive.

YEAR 1 ‘THE HEART OF PHILOSOPHY’ – WAHROONGA

Fullness of Love: Wed 9:30am

Year 1: Course 3: The Fullness of Love is the third course in the School’s 'Heart of Philosophy' program. It follows naturally from the Mindful Wisdom and Sustainable Happiness courses.

Sustainable Happiness: Wed 7pm

Year 1: Course 2 After completing the Mindful Wisdom course, the next course is Sustainable Happiness. The course focuses the perennial need to find happiness through all of life’s changing circumstances.

Fullness of Love: Thurs 7pm

Year 1: Course 3: The Fullness of Love is the third course in the School’s 'Heart of Philosophy' program. It follows naturally from the Mindful Wisdom and Sustainable Happiness courses.

YEAR 2 & 3 – WAHROONGA

Presence of Mind: Wed 9:30am

Year 2: Course 4 Presence of Mind is the first course in the School’s second year program called 'Aim of Philosophy'. The second year of courses are Freedom, Presence of Mind and The Way of Action.

Way of Devotion: Thurs 9:30am

Year 3: Course 7 The first course in the third year 'Way of Philosophy' program, Way of Devotion, will be to understand how the power of devotion can help to bring about both an understanding of people’s true nature and an expression of that nature.

Way of Knowledge: Thurs 7.00pm

Year 3: Course 8 We have considered the subjects of action and devotion. It is through action, devotion and knowledge that the essential nature within everyone may be expressed.

YEARS 4 & 5 – WAHROONGA

Harmony: Thrus 9:30am

Year 5: Course 12
The final course in this fourth year, Harmony, explores the idea of harmony at the individual and universal levels. When a human being is in harmony with themselves, their minds and hearts are also in harmony.

M & I LEVEL – SYDNEY WAHROONGA

M Level: Thurs 7pm

Sessions are of 2 ½ hours each and include a break for refreshment.
