Sanskrit Chanting for Beginners

 

Chanting brings on a feeling a heightened awareness and a greater ability to rest in the moment.

Start your day coming to rest and stillness with this age-old practice.

The emphasis of each session will be on the sounding of simple Sanskrit prayers and slokas, with some time spent on correct pronunciation.

You can attend as many sessions as you like – there is no obligation to come each week, and no prior experience is required. Just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to rest in the beautiful sound and meaning of the language.
