The course and its conversational format is designed for everyone; there are no prerequisites and no exams to pass.
As a group, we will discover the practical ways in which philosophy enriches our lives through a ready access to wisdom. We will practice mildfulness and experience a deeper, calmer presence.
Philosophy is as relevant now as it ever was.
