Taittirīya Upaniṣad

For those with a little more knowledge of Sanskrit, you’re invited to join us in sounding and studying Verse 3.1.1 of the Taittirīya Upaniṣad which is from the Kṛṣṇa Yajurveda.

During his visit to the School of Practical Philosophy in Sydney in October 2025, Mr Donald Lambie pointed out the importance of understanding and taking to heart this verse.

A translation of the verse is:

“Crave to know that from which all these beings take birth, that by which they live after being born, that towards which they move and into which they merge. That is Brahman.”
