PLATO DAY
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 15
For the upcoming Plato Day, we will study Plato’s Crito. Socrates has been found guilty by the Athenian people of corrupting the youth and believing in gods other than those of the State. He has been sentenced to death. A friend has arranged Socrates’ escape. What will he do? What would you do? The dialogue explores Socrates’ response to this dilemma.

Morning Tea will be served as well as a vegetarian Greek lunch.
The cost will be $50 for the day. The capacity is 25 people.
