PLOTINUS DAY
Join us as we study a section from an essay of Plotinus, “If All Souls Are One”. Plotinus is the lead philosopher in the Neoplatonic Tradition. Originally from Alexandria in Egypt where he discovered the Platonic Teaching under Ammonias Saccas and then came to Rome in the 3rd Century CE to set up a School. He is often best described as a ‘rational mystic”
Open to all (friends, family and general public). Some previous Plato exposure is advised. Texts will be provided.
